I have trouble creating a recovery media

First when i start, a dialog box pop up, wiht the text "no optical drive found" And thene after is ask me to plug in my AC Adapter, but it already is. Then i shut down the recovery program, and start it again. But this time it says that there an error, and if I click again, on the "Create Recovery media" button again, the program shuts down due to an error?

Is there somebody out there who know to tackle this issue ?

What model vaio do you have.?

Have you checked you have installed all the updates for your model Vaio.?

Ehm no, i have not update, but i just god i back form the service center, because my harddrive broke down. But I will try to update, and then try again, and wrote back againg
