I keep getting BIOS updates cycling between two

I received a BIOS update R0210Z5.  I installed it and then got a BIOS update R0200Z5.  I installed it and got a BIOS update R0210Z5.  I installed it and got a BIOS update R0200Z5...

How do I stop this cycling between 2 updates and should I be concerned?

My laptop is Vaio VPCEE2E1E
