installing a new OS in a new vaio notebook

Hello!

i would like your help to the following:

1) i just bought a new sony vaio (VGN-CR31S/L) notebook with vista premium preinstalled. i d like to format my notebook in order to install windows vista business(from a retail MS cd).
However i am afraid that i will lost "vaio recovery center" application and other sony applications and i would not be able to create recovery discs,restore or wipe and erase data. what do you suggest me to do? can i regain these vaio applications especially vaio recovery center?

2) i installed windows vista home premium choosing greek language (by mistake). if i decide to keep this OS can i choose english language now?

You can change the language the system is running on in the control panel. There is an option called "Languages", it's in there.
