Installing Windows XP over Vista on VGN-CS11s model

Hi Guys

        Good day,

I bought a Sony Vaio VGN-CS11s model which comes with a windows Vista Operating system,Now I am trying to downgrade it to Windows XP but my system is getting crashed after identifying initial set of drivers :smileycry:. Do i need to make any specific BIOS or windows setup level changes :smileyconfused:.

Can you advise on this at the earliest.

Sony do not support XP on the CS-Series - it is designed for use with Vista.  There are no XP drivers and Utilities available - so you will need to find individual XP drivers yourself.

Someone else with a CS may be able to help but I have not heard of anyone installing XP and getting everything to work on a CS_Series.

At what stage exactly does it crash and what error messages do you get?
