intel hd graphics disabled how to enable?

I have 410mGPu which is supports optimus technology but sony vaio intel graphics not showing in device manager i have only nvidia 410m listed.. also i check on everest it says intel hd disabled how to enable this ? i looked on bios but i couldn't find any settings there is only Hardware VM option under the advanced tab.

sony vaio model: vpceh1s1/b

spec:i5, nvidia410M

is this laptop does not support optimus?

but intel hd graphics driver is installed and i can't remove and find in device manager

is there another way to enable onboard video to work with nvidia optimus ??

Unfortunately the Intel CPU onboard graphics  cannot be enabled on your model.
