Hi,
I just had the keyboard for my VGC-V3S replaced (sticky keys) but the new one won't work.
Every time I touch a key, the scratchpad or sleep mode the battery symbol with a line through it shows up next to the full battery symbol. Also the full battery symbol flashes the whole time.
I can't type anything and the PC tells me there are two HiDs installed. Can anyone help me? Please? I'm desperate.
