Keys don't work after Vaio TZ Inspection

Hi.

On Monday my Notebook, a Vaio TZ21MN, was picked up by DHL. Yesterday on Thursday, Sony send it back. Everything went fine, but today, all of a sudden, while working with the Book the Keyboard Keys on the right side didn't work anymore. After rebooting they worked again.
It is so annoying, since the affected Keys are the "Return", "Backspace" and "Del" -Keys.

Did anyone have similar problems?

Hi evilnn2 and welcome to the forum.

You haven't said whether the keys are still working. If they are then it may have been a minor glitch, if not then contact Vaio-Link and report the problem...

Hi.

Meanwhile the Keys don't work anymore when I boot the Notebook. Yesterday and today I tried it several times. I waited and waited and rebooted again and again because I thought, maybe it would just change its mind and starts to work again :slight_smile: Now I have to wait until Monday to call the Hotline. Meantime I can't use my precious little book. It's so sad 😞
