laptop - page jumps from one page to another - HELP!

hi my sony vaio laptop page jumps from one page to another by itself which is so annoying i think its something to do with the swipe on the cursor is there any way of removing this function so that i can stop on the same page??? pls help

Hi lolamaegrace,


Assuming you are referring to pages open in your browser, if your model has ‘Web Assistant’ function and this is enabled then try turning it off – Control Panel > Mouse > Function tab > uncheck ‘Use Web Assistant’.

Assuming you are referring to pages open in your browser, if your model has ‘Web Assistant’ function and this is enabled then try turning it off – Control Panel > Mouse > Function tab > uncheck ‘Use Web Assistant’.
