LAPTOP SCREEN DISFUNCTION

HI!

I AM A PROUD OWNER OF A FE11S LAPTOP WHICH IS GREAT! HOWEVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS THE SCREEN SEEMS TO SHUTS ON AND OFF MOMENTARILY. IT LASTS ONLY FOR A SECOND EACH TIME, BUT IT HAPPENS QUITE OFTEN. DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THIS IS AND IF IT FIXABLE?

This would seem to be a hardware problem although software cannot be ruled out.

If hardware, the cause maybe as simple as loose connection to the screen power inverter or at worst an imminent failure of the inverter or backlight.

Is your machine still in warranty?
