Left mouse not working

I have a 17in Sony Vaio laptop and the left mouse is hardly working - this has been gradually going downhill and now I have to press really hard to get it to work. Unfortunately it is out of warranty - does anyone know if I can get it repaired by Sony direct and how much it might cost?

This would seem to be a hardware problem and suggest that you contact Support to get details of your nearest Sony Service Partner.
