I have an old [6years?] Toshiba 320 GB storage device, and I foolishly uninstalled it because it seemed to be malfunctioning. [not interfacing with my Vaio]. I then intended to re-install it, but now cannot find the relevant info' to allow me to do this.
All I have is a serial number, [0306270278], but I have had little success with this on line.
If you wish to be on my Christmas card list, please help me, since I have some memorable stuff on this device, and would like to access it.
