MATSHITA BD-MLT UJ-220S ATA Device cannot start

Hi, first time poster. I'm having a problem with my Blu Ray drive on my Sony Vaio AR51SU. Device Manager says, "The device driver cannot start. (Code 39)". Can anyone help me?
