Maximum size hard drive for my PCG-GRT916V

Hi,

The topic says it all really. What is the maximum size of hard drive I can fit into my PCG-GRT916V? Also what sort of drive would I need to buy?

Hi Mark,

As long as you buy an ATA Drive (NOT SATA), it should work in your GRT916V.

Some older Vaios do have a limit in the BIOS - you could check by tapping F2 when you see the VAIO logo on boot-up - but I think your model is modern enough to have no limit.
