My sony pocket vgf-ap1 has the same problem as described above. I have service pack two on my computer.
My dad and brother doent have service pack two and it some how works fine on their computers.
Maybe it's something to do with service pack 2
I have all the latest sonic stage updates and have tried connectiing my vgf-ap1 with the original 2.1 that came on the cd.
All the drivers are also correctly installed as shown on the help panel
Please could someone help, it's driving me mad
