Merging both C D Hard Drives in to one.

Hi all ;

Wondereing if anyone can help me out!!

I would like to merge both the C & D drive on my vaio. The laptop only has one physical Hard Disk. i want to do this because there is no more space on the C: drive for programs - and id rather keep my data all together on one drive.
I hope someone has got an easy solution!!

Current Hardware:
Sony Vaio A417s
CENTRINO 2Ghz
1024MB RAM
HD: 100GB (But its partitioned stupidly)
X600 256MB Graphics etc etc

You can do this with HDD management software, partition magic is one of them.
