Hi there,
I have had my Sony VAIO laptop (VPCEB4E1E) and so far have had no problems since February. Recently I have been encountering an error message popping up a few times a day, which I will copy and paste the details of at the end so you don't have to read it all now! I have done a full virus scan, repaired the microsoft framework and had no luck with that. Then I attempted to use the assist button and while it started up, as soon as I clicked 'update health status' or one click or contact sony, an error message popped up saying that it had encountered an error and to restart the application!
Any help would be much appreciated, and while it's not affecting the performance of my laptop, I just want the annoying pop up to go away! Thanks in advance, and here are the details of the error:
