Mon notebook ne m'appartient pas - My Notebook does not belong to me

Je veux faire un échange standard de mon lecteur de DVD Sony FX203 (3 ans) et je ne peux pas.

Sony me demande de réinstaller le système d'origine, Win Millenium, alors que ma machine étant officiellement compatible W2k (c'est écrit dessus), j'ai installé W2k (drivers de chez Sony disponible un an après).
Hors je ne veux pas toucher ou que l'on touche à mon système !

Ma machine ne m'appartient donc pas car je ne peux pas acheter/remplacer une pièce si je n'exécute pas l'ordre de Sony.

Si je demandais un échange standard de clavier car je ne veux pas nettoyer mon clavier, je ne pourrais pas : il faudrait aussi que je réinstalle le système d'origine ?

Sony touche à ma liberté d'acheteur et ne respecte pas le contrat simple : ce que veut le client !

Je me sens prisonnier de mon portable Sony.

J'ai quand même le droit d'acheter un nouveau cendrier si je ne veux pas vider l'ancien !!!!!!
sans être obliger de remettre l'habillement d'origine de ma voiture !!!

C'est inadmissible !
C'est un abus et un refus de vente !

De plus travaillant principalement en Afrique, le service mis en place pour l'assistance me bloque pendant plusieurs mois, le temps que je retourne en France.

Je perd ma mobilité avec mon portable, 3 mois en arrêt avant de pouvoir changer le ventilateur.

Sony attack my buyer's freedom and does not respect the simple contract: what wants the customer!

I feel prisoner of my mobile Sony.

I have all the same the right to buy a new ashtray if I do not want to empty the former(ancient)!!!!!! I not sui all the same not to oblige to put back the clothing origin of my car!!!

It is an abuse and a refusal of sale!

Furthermore working mainly in Africa, the service set up for the assistance blocks me during several months, the time which I return to France.

I loses my mobility with my notebook, 3 months in stop before being able to change the ventilator.

Ouais, c'est completment dingue, reinstaller pour changer un DVD, ca fait drolle.

Pour que Sony change le clavier, ca c'est une autre bouleau (arrrf au autographe!)

Domage que Sony ne fait pas de l'assistance internationale pour le service, quelque chose Toshiba et IBM fait!

Sony en Afrique peut pas aider?

Hi Couret Daniel ,

if sony doesn't change their attitude then they will fail!. I have a new Notebook comming up in about six months and if they won't stop giving their customers that bend-over feeling then my new notebook will not be a sony, this also means that my children will never buy a sony product, and my childrens chrildren will never buy a sony product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found a german companyr on the internet that says they can sell you any notebook part that you need... even for sony's

hey dude...

yeah it is getting kind of heavty... isn't it.... but it makes me mad that a company like sony wouldn't sell you a spare part, just to try and make you buy a complete new notebook.... heck... if they would offer proper dealings and service then people would love to buy a new sony as soon as they can affort it.

and things don't change unless somebody like me keeps bitching about it! right.... right....... hihi

You're right, spare parts are essential to helping us keep the enviorment tidy, less PCs being chucked out, less waste, less use of petrolium.

OK back to my thought..... about sony
why do think they changed the forum software...i bet ya its because of the traffic.... this forum software here has no search option and most important ... it does not have the option of notification of a member by email of new postings....

if they would have posted a message or something to notify the users... then it would have been ok.... but no.... they just changed whole thing and that is exactly what i am talking about....

They moved over to a server with Java Server Pages rather than general PHP, this is so it will integrate with the other sony projects, I'm sure CU can fix my errors.
