Need answer and very fast

Hello,

I'm sorry if here was already a disscusion about Internet.

My mother has got Sony Vaio S,and we have many problems.

The colours sometimes get lighter ( green to - neon green) and internet problems.:smileyangry:

The computer does not recorgnize that wireless module which is switch on.So it often gives message that it cannot find wireless.Seems that it is problem of software,not hardware.

What should we do?I think that we need a help from proffesionals.

Hi. Looks like you have a lot of issues and it needs to be checked out one by one. I would call the tech support team and have them troubleshoot with you over the phone.
