Hello All,

I have just purchased a new FS515H. It takes nearly 5Mins to boot up, the sound quality is all muffled and squelchy. Is this hardware problem?

Hi Mango44,

As your system is new, have you tried doing a Sysytem Recovery using the Sony Recovery Utitlity

Note: Make sure you back-up all important data first as this will delete all programs and files on the C drive...:smileywink:

Should you need them, here's the LIST of software components for your VAIO computer.

Try installing the sound card drivers from this website (you will find that in the Pre-installed Drivers package).

A full system recovery may help, but as always back up your computer's vital data first before you proceed!
