No Audio! VGN-SZ4XN/C after upgrading from business to ultimate GONE

My notebook was working fine till I decided to up grade from business to ultimate.
No audio! Comes up with "No audio device is installed".
Checked Device manager looks fine device working?
I have a Nividia ge-force go 7400 GPU/Sigma Tel high defination audio Codec.
I have tried everything, down loaded the latest driver for SigmaTel uninstalling and re-installing. Still no Audio? Any bright sparks got some ideas cause I am #~+^* Please help!!!!!

I´ve installed windows vista ultimate also on my Vaio FE31M and i think it´s the same audio driver for your Vaio, go to this link: http://support.vaio.sony.pt/downloads/select/select.asp?site=voe_pt_PT_cons&category=-1&serie=-1&m=2... and try this one.
For me it worked 100%.
