No microphone in S4

HI FRIENDS!
I try to link by Skype with my girlfriend. But I think there's no microphone in my Vaio S4. She has notebook Asus and the microphone is somewhere in her computer because I hear her perfectly.
Im not sure I havent microphone in Vaio, Is it probably switched off?

According to the specs it would appear that the S series does not have an inbuilt microphone...

Next time I'll use webcam to be closer to each other.
Well It's a good an idea!!!
Someone use webcam I'm sure. Is it conveniently? And by what programm do you connect?
