Help me someone. ive tried everything with this laptop and nothing happens:smileysad: My laptop is a Sony Vaio PCG-K195BP, when it starts up and goes to the windows splash screen with the blue bar, after loading, it stops and freezes on the screen. ive tried formating the hard drive and it still does nothing, ive also when trying 2 use safe mode, it says "The system is not fully installed, please run setup again" which the recovery disk did when i formatted and fresh install. what can i do?
