Hi,
Ever since owning my sony vaio VGN NS11J/S its had problems, its constantly been crashing, then the screen failed and more recently the hard disk has completely failed!! I have now moved from the UK to Australia for a few months, with the computer constantly faulty and already been replaired with sony they seem unable to help with the issue although its still under gurantee. The problems have got worse since the last time it was repaired!! as the "LEADING market support company" i would have thought they could at least try and be helpfull and not say wait till home in may then call us when your warranty has expired!! let alone the 4 months i have to be without a laptop for work.
If anyone could offer some invaluable advice i would extremely grateful.
