nvlddmkm.sys error on VGN-FZ38M

Hi again, posted a question regarding my laptop the other day. Asking about recovery partition. Well some kind person told me where I could download it from his private site. However, now when I am about 15 minutes into the reinstallation I get a BSOD error in nvlddmkm.sys 0x00000016. Any ideas anyone, or is it something to do with this why it crashed in the first place?? Any help really appreciated.........

There is a possibility that there is a fault with the Nvidia graphics chip. Have a look at the following link.
