Operation cancelled due to restrictions on this computer

Hi, can anyone help me. I have a Vaio VGN-FS515E with pre installed windows xp and office 2003.My mail program is Outlook. When I receive an email with a internet or email link and click on it I get this message" Operation cancelled due to restrictions on this computer. please contact your systems administrator"
Can anyone help?

Hi adrutt,

Try this...

Open Internet Explorer, then click Tools and click Internet Options.
Click the Programs tab, then click on the Reset button.
Under Internet programs, verify that your correct e-mail program is selected.
Ensure that Internet Explorer is selected, in check box, as the default browser.
Click Apply followed by OK.

If you receive a message when Internet Explorer restarts informing you you that IE is not currently your default browser, click Yes set as default.
