Solved: Passwords - Sony

I've just set up my new laptop, restarted it and it wont now recognise my password. I've tried upper case, lower case the lot. Any ideas?

Hi Sonics09 and welcome.

Is this the Windows password after Windows has started loading or the BIOS Power On password?
