When in Power Option Properties and under Vaio optimized I do not see the entry
System Thermal Control

I only have

LCD(Video)
LCD Brightnessno changeno change
System
CPU controlPerformanceBattery Life

Should I see thermal control or have I something missing?

yeah, since Service Pack2, windows tried to reduce the clock speed of my CPU. And is the battery power under 10% then windows say to me :

The CPU has approx 900MHz. ROFLMFAO, windows is totally stupid. The clock on the CPU is strong and can't be changing.
