PCV-RX1 Need to remove both side and front panels

I want to replace my CD-RW drive with a Panasonic DVD-RAM drive.
It seems that I need to remove both side panels and the front panels.
I have the left side and top off and can access the cage for the drives but I cant work out how to remove the right side.

Any advice please?

The right hand side seems perminantly attached to the chassis on my model. You should be able to unscrew the drive cage and take it out...
