Permision to open drivers

hello!
after downloading the updates and drivers- i extracted them,
when I click for open the following messege appear: "Sorry, you dont have permission to extract this package".

do you know how to fix this, and why does it happens?

Do you have more than one person or user names when you log on? If so make sure your log-on has administrator rights.

Also make sure Sony Notebook Control is installed
