hello I am using vio-vgn-cr19vn/b it comes with something called personal safe , it used to work fine, now when I right click on it to lock it and unlock these options not there anymore pls anyone who got an idea to solve this is highly appreciated .thank you .

Personal Safe is part of the Protector Suite software (finger print reader).

Is the Finger Print reader working and is there a coloured icon for it in the system tray, or is the icon greyed out?

What model Vaio do you have?: -

Are you using the original Sony Operating System?

Thanks a lot, the problem is resolved. The protector suite was turned off in startup programs.
