Problems with vista on VAIO VGN-FE11S

Hello
I have installed viista on my FE11S and i have installed the bios that fixes the screen bug when i close my laptop.
I have donwloaded and installed the update and drivers on sony website but i still have some problems:
- my memorystick drive isn't recognized, i don't see it and can't use it
- I can't use S1 & S2 buttons
- I have noticed that the file transfer from an externel hard drive to my notebook hard drive is slower than with xp

Yes I did but I just realised that if It is needed to install the drivers that are the same that for xp, I don't have them.
I have seen on another post that i had to install "SONYNC", i have downloaded it but i don't what to do with the files in the archive.
