Replacing Hard Drive

Hello
I will be attempting to relace the hard drive on my K115S. Anyone got any tips as to how i go about this? Do i have to do anything special when the new drive is in place or do i just boot up and load the software

Make sure you configure the new drive in the Bios.When you put your Windows disk in,boot to it,Windows will ask you during the setup where you want to install to.It will show you a Hard Drive and report 0x0x0x0x Unallocated space.Select it,select 'make Partition' when prompted,then select 'quick format ' when prompted.Windows will then install itself on your new C drive.
