Wasn't sure where to put this one but as little happens in the Clie forum I have put it here.
I have been trying to make a connection between my Clie TH55 and VaioPCG K115M using the inbuilt Bluetooth on the TH55. I have got the to the stage of where I can connect the two together and according to the Network connections on the laptop the two devices see each other and work. Ditto the TH55 appears to be connected from it's own network panel.
However, when I go to my NetFront browser on the TH55 and enter an address I get a message "Wrong URL or invalid network settings". It is not the former but could well be the latter.
Which is where my limited knowledge hits the buffers.
So has anyone done this type of connection and can suggest the settings I should use on the Clie?
Or is there some trickery pokery that I am missing in connection sharing in Windows?
The computer runs XP Home with SP2 installed. Connection is broadband using a linksys modem/router box.
