Smart network problems

Please help! I have problems with my brand new lptop. VGN-TZ11XN. Smart network doesn't work! I cannot activate it from vaio control center either. I says that it cannot be oppened. And I can't use wi-fi or bluetooth... What can I do? The error says: Problem signature:

Have you installed all the software VAIO updates for your model? These include VAIO Smart Network Update 1.0.01.05210.
