Sony HDR CX115 camcorder HD problems

Hi, just got this camera and it is set in default HD HX recording mode, I want to change to to either the highest quality setting or HD long play mode to save memory card space. On the settings it just allows me to change from HD to SD without any other options?

By also changing the Recording Mode (REC MODE) as well as the HD/SD setting in the SHOOTING SET menus, you should be able to select from any of the following 4 HD Modes and one SD Mode: -

HD ; FX (1920x1080i, 24Mbps) / FH (1920x1080i, 16Mbps) / HQ (9Mbps) /  LP (5Mbps) , SD ; HQ (9Mbps)
