Sony laptop model # VGN-FE41E requested for " Product Key" upon reboot on few occasions. Entered product but yet said incorrect product key. Now the screen is gone dark greyish and I can't do anything. Absolutely nothing. Please help!!!!!!!

Was the OS reloaded here? If it's fresh out of the box, it should not ask for a product key already. Was the OS upgraded too?
