VGN-NW21ZF DVD creation problem

My laptop was working fine making dvd's using the click to disc program. then stopped at the converting the files bit. & just stuck. It then, after many tries, told me that "Intel Rapid Storage Technology has stopped working" Has this happend to anyone, & is there a fix for this?

I have tried other programs to burn dvd's but none work.!!! but audio does, i.e. I can burn disc's from itunes ok.

Hi. How about just using Windows to burn DVDs? Also checking at Event Viewer will give you details on which one is causing this. Try to check the logs.
