Sony Vaio- battery issues

Help? I have a Sony Vaio S Series laptop purchased only a couple of months ago. Since yesterday however my laptop has started playing up..the battery does not seem to be working as the laptop does not start up unless plugged to the charger! The Vaio Care centre on my laptop does not show any issues with the battery.. Does anyone what might be wrong with the battery?

I have the same problem, your status says "presumed answered". Do you now know what the problem is?

Hi! No I dont have the answer yet.. I guess I am going to have to get in touch with the customer care (where ever they are) and ask for a replacement as my laptop is only a couple of months old.
