Hi namelessone and welcome to Club Vaio.

Turbocache is just nVidia's posh sounding trade name for Integrated Graphics where the card only has a small amount of dedicated memory itself and relies almost exclusively on shared system memory to do anything demanding. It is an automatic process to allocate extra system memory to graphics when needed by the system. Your turbocache must be working or you would not be able to use your Vaio with Vista as it probably only has 64MB of its own dedicated graphics memory and can use an additional 192MB (total 256MB) from RAM.

There is a new Windows Vista classification of graphics memory, which is the total of Dedicated Video Memory, System Video Memory and Shared System Memory (your system probably says you have a lot of graphics memory installed). All you can do is to make sure you have sufficient RAM in your FE41M to have the spare capacity to be used for your graphics when needed. You already have 2048MB of RAM so you should be fine.

Anyway, everything is automatic in Vista and there are no settings for you to change.
