I bought my Sony Vaio in Poland 2008. By the way It was one of the most expensive products of the hole Saturn store. Everything fine until one year later it was not working. Thank god it was inside my waranty for the last ten Days .... Great job sony :smileyangry:... Building computers that last only until your guarantee ... Don't forget to trade mark it ( 1 year warranty )
It was fixed and everything went fine, Ok i said very nice ( Altough the Support was very bad) ... Anyway one day ... I don't remember exactly what day the PC was ruined again by video card... Sony had already admitted the problem in Nvidia cards so they fixed it again ...
1 year ago my Vaio again has problem with its hard drive ( no the pc wasn't hit by something nor did it fell down ) , so I replaced it.
Finaly and worst my PC broke up again .... This TIME IT WAS THE GRAPHIC CARD AGAIN LIKE THE LAST TIME ... THE SAME PROBLEMS AGAIN.....
I CALLED THE SUPPORT IN GREECE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THE EXTENSION FOR SUPPORT IN GRAPHIC CARDS HAD ALREADY FINISHED 3 MONTHS AGO FOR MY PC (THEY GAVE A 4 YEAR FROM THE DAY YOU BOUGHT IT ) !!!!!
ARE YOU SERIOUS ... YOU SAID YOU WILL FIX IT THE PC AND IT HAS THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN !!!!!:smileyangry: FIXING MEANS FIXING NOT EXTENDING YOUR PC LIFE FOR SOME MONTHS!!!!!!
i know this is now the proper place to right all this but i cannot find a channel so i can contact and don't hear the same. That we cannot do anything for you and you SHOULD PAY 50 euros for having your PC ONLY CHECKED !!!! ARE YOU STUPID OR DO YOU THINK WE ARE STUPID......:smileyangry:
So please anyone can I have a telephone that i can contact (not a low blue collar guy, someone that can fix my problem or at least give an excuse) and tell my issue before i start a bad publicity stunt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
