Hi moonraker55,
A Google search will of course provide hits for beeping on Sony, or any other manufactures computer, as the BIOS will produce a Beep Code during ‘power-on self-test’ (POST) to indicate any hardware problems found. But as the sound is not being emitted from the speakers I doubt this is your problem.
My initial thought is that a cooling fan is faulty or clogged with dust as this would seems to be a mechanical noise.
I suggest that you download a free utility such as PC Wizard and let us know recorded temperatures for the CPU and GPU during normal use.

You could also try using a canister of compressed air (Air Duster) to clean the cooling vents. This may only be a temporary solution as disassembly could be necessary to carry out a thorough clean/fan replacement.

Wow! All those beep codes, and it was just the dust that caused this. Nice to know complicated issues have the simpliest answer.
