Hi,
My virtually brand new sony vaio model number SVE1511C5E is constantly having internet connection problems. It is disconnecting from my bt homehub a lot, and if it is not doing that, it is either getting a very low connection strength or connecting but without internet access (the wireless symbol has a yellow triangle symbol) . I have gone through all troubleshooting steps with my homehub and it has not solved the problem at all.
Would appreciate any sugegstions to help me with this!!
I may suggest for you to contact BT about it. The problem might be coming from the home hub that you currently have.
