Hi Martin,

Welcome to questions & Answers..

Is your Vaio still booting up into windows.?

If so then you should be able to create a set if recovery discs yourself without the need to contact Vaio support.

If you are unable to boot up into windows then normally restarting your vaio and pressing the F10 key when you see the Vaio logo should start the recovery process using the hidden HDD recovery partition..

Do any of those options help, if not give us some info on your problem & we may be able to help without the need for you to purchase a set if recovery disc's..
