Sony vgc-v3s

I have a sony vgc-v3s all in one PC and the C drive is now full, also it only have 512mb of ram so can anyone recommend where i can get RAM and a Hard drive up grade suitable for this model. I am based in Ireland but can buy on line. Also is there a limit to amount of RAM i can add cause one site i found said it can only take a max of 1 GB of RAM. I have no need to upgrade the actual PC itself as it is a back up to my Mac.

according to the Sony specification for your V3S the maximum RAM supported is 1024MB..

However Crucial.com states that your V3S will support 2048MB and they also state - Guaranteed-compatible memory upgrades for your Sony VAIO VGC-V3S Series Desktop/PC, which is as far as I am aware covered by a money back guarantee.
