I recently upgraded to this model about 3 weeks ago and have been losing all sounds for no apparent reason .all connections are ok and can play media files fine then suddenly all sound stops though nothing is muted , this includes system sounds .I can fix the problem by restarting the computer and sound return as windows begins to close down. Only new hardware is a Dinovo bluetooth keyboard ,which I thought may be causing a software conflict , however have removed this and all associated software and the problem still occurs . Have also done a system recovery using recovery discs and still get the same problem.How can I rule out a hardware problem
