Strange problem with my Vaio.

Hello. I do not know if i have selected the right categories. I am sorry, if I have not, I am new. On my Vaio laptop I have a usser profile. Now there is a very strange problem accuring-The Usser profile service can not load the profile. I tried restarting, turning on and of...nothing.
Does anyone have any ideas? If it is alright, can you write me  a private message with the answer.
