Temperature Problem - FS215S

Hi,
I have a VGN-FS215S VAIO and i bought it excatly 5 months ago.
And it hadn't any problem but around 1 mounth it gets hot.
Temperature is going 72 degrees when i make surf on net.
Also when i play game it's temperature is getting 87-88.
Is this normal or what?
(I use Notebook Hardware Control Program and i check temp with that.)

Please help me as soon as possible because i 'll going to service. If it is normal then i won't go so please tell me something.

That's not good really, puts a strain on the hardware.

Get a can of compressed air and spray the vents, from around 10CM away
