the fan of my laptop is not working

I´ve a VGN-FJ3S/w and i´ve noticed that the ventilation fan is not working anymore.
Is it posible that it´s a driver, software or configuration error????
cos my vaio is almost new it´s only been 2 months since I´ve bought it.

Return it.The fan will have to be replaced.Under the consumer laws,you can demand a replacement Laptop as that was defective when you bought it.
