The right hook of my Vaio FS has been broken !!

Hi Man ..

I've been using this baby Vaio FS for few weeks, I take care of it very good.

When I close the screen, I do it carefully like everytime I do, but yesterday afternoon, the hook has been broken itself fron normal closing (no force), I don't know why, you can see the photo from the link under

Guys, what can i do? I've just contacted the Sony support division and he asked me if I can send the photo for investigation, so I sent it yesterday

I would like to know what they will do? Will they fix it for me? or even give me a new one of FS ? which one is more possibile?

Now..that u've mentioned it..i just got curious and checked that on my A-series. The right hook seems a little loose compared to the left hook as well !!! It doesn't seem like coming off though but it definitely is looser...

oh well...I'm starting to be really scared by Sony products... I've heard so many flaws lately...especially on that beautiful beautiful FS-Series...such a pitty.

I haven't had any "real" problems with my A-series [knocks wood], except the wear-off on the keyboard and the arm-rests (that really pissed me off btw...)

But It seems that every transaction with Sony nowadays is just a gamble...u don't know how all that money u've spend will end up... "money well spend" or "money ripped-off"..?.
