To change the hard disk

Hi to everybody, i have a vaio PCG-TR1MP and i would want change the hard disk, so i have bought a new hd of 100GB 2,5", but when i opened the vaio i have seen that the disk is smaller of dimension. I have tried to search a compatible disc but seems that nobody knows where to buy a compatible disk
(in italy).
somebody can help me?

Hi brunodistefano and welcome to the forum.

You need something along the lines of the Travelstar C4K60 . The main consideration is whether your existing drive has an IDE or ZIF connector. I can’t advise on where you will find this drive in Italy, but try a Google.
